چکیده
Hybrid machining-forming technology is a combination of two thin-structural machining and incremental forming manufacturing processes. A group complex geometry parts in which thick region connected to thin-wall can be manufactured through this with certain advantages. The made by require less raw material compared the ones created means machining. major problem dimensional geometric inaccuracy its products mainly due springback. main purpose research was study effects parameters residual stresses induced primary stage on subsequent springback after stage. It found experiments that cutting speed, axial depth cut, mode milling, milling path had minor effect However, workpiece fracture during observed sensitive prior feed rate. Both finite element simulations experimental results confirmed compressive increased an increase postponed onset at lower end Therefore, we could approach tool closer bottom wall and, as result, decreased considerably.

Residual Stresses - Measurement and Causes in Machining Processes
The fmctional behaviour of a machined component is substantially determiped by the physical state of its surface includinq the residual stress distribution ?ear ttc surface. The necessity to come to nore exact methods of layout for machined components compels one to take "surface integrity" as defined by W . Field /1/ and herewith residual stresses into consideration. متن کاملResidual Stresses and Optimizing Machining Strategies for Aluminum Bars
R stresses have a major impact on the ability to fabricate dimensionally accurate machined components from aluminum wrought mill products. In addition, the ability to implement advanced assembly technologies such as determinant assembly, where parts are indexed to each other rather than to expensive assembly tooling, is compromised when the parts are not dimensionally accurate. An active resear...
متن کاملthe effects of changing roughness on the flow structure in the bends
flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...
